Visual feedback for agents

Design at the speed of your agents.

For designers, founders and product teams building with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and other agents.

Agents build in minutes, but telling them what is wrong still happens in chat, one screenshot at a time. Lasthand puts everything your agent captured in front of you, so you can point at it and decide.

An example inbox. Reviews arrive from Claude Code, Codex and Cursor, each with its project, how many captures it holds, and whether it is waiting on you or decided. The first, a checkout from Claude Code, opens to its capture: the agent notes that the total now sits in the button, and the person decides, “Ship it. Keep the total in the button.” Its status turns to Decided.

What we believe

Direct manipulation is over.

For forty years, designing meant moving pixels by hand. Now agents build the interface, and the designer's job is to direct them on the real product. We're building the design tool for people and agents working together.

capture · mark up · decide

How it works.

  1. The agent sends captures.

Screenshots or video of what it built, from any platform, with a line of context and callouts on what changed.

  2. You mark them up and decide.

Click a spot or drag a region to leave a note. Say what is right and what is not, in your own words.

  3. Your decision goes back to the agent.

Your agent picks up your decision over MCP, in your exact words, and starts the next round from it.
